Amber has her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and works for one of the biggest health systems in the Kansas City area as a float nurse.

She is passionate about championing for the rights of LGBTQIA+ individuals and addressing health disparities in the community.

As a young mom and an army wife she learned that life can sometimes take you down a non traditional path but it's always possible to reach your goals.

 With over nine years of experience in Real Estate, Stephanie Hutchins has been serving in the Wichita and surrounding area as a Realtor and trusted investor, since 2012.

Stephanie first became interested in serving the community, by helping children. She attended Friends University and graduated with a degree in Child Psychology In 2006. Afterwards, she worked as a Foster Care Placement Coordinator, Case Manager, and Trauma Treatment Coordinator.

Stephanie has been married for 6 years and her most cherished accomplishment is being a mother to her eight children, nine of you count her fur baby. She enjoys running marathons, helping her daughters with beauty pageants, learning, and anything that sparkles! 

 Ti’Juana Hardwell wears many hats and juggles several passions. She is a teacher, realtor and also the owner of Mamarazzi Entertainment Magazine, an urban publication. She is also a committed member of the Wichita community and lends her time and talents to several organizations. She believes in giving young people the tools they need to succeed in the workplace and in life. But she also feels it is important to teach about the power of entrepreneurship which she believes is another avenue to gaining job security. Ti’Juana is excited to help develop the skill set and confidence in the young women she will mentor.
 

  Mrs. Johnson born and raised in Wichita, Kansas— is a former classmate of Talia, and passionate about dedicating her time to the community.

Danielle serves as a conversation catalyst, inclusion and diversity educator, community mobilizer, coach, and certified Emotional Emancipation Circle Facilitator. She invites a shared learning experience for students, faculty, staff and the greater Wichita community. She has worked at Wichita State University for seven years working to recruit, retain, and graduate underrepresented students.

Danielle and her spouse, Brandon Johnson, are busy with three kids Khairi, Aria, and Arin. When they're not busy with family life, they are working to create positive changes and a more inclusive and equitable environment in the greater Wichita community. 

Letitia "Neicy" Tajuba has been working in Education both K-12 and Higher Education for over a decade respectfully. Her expertise includes College Student Development, Restorative Justice, Student Advocacy, Diversity/Equity/Inclusion Education and Development, Student Leadership Engagement, Curriculum Development, and Social Justice.
Currently, Ms. Tajuba works at the Pennsylvania State University-University Park as an Education Specialist in the Department of Residence Life. 

 Jamelia is talented on a multitude of levels, specializing in entrepreneurship and personal development, she is a successful business owner, leader in her community and a busy working mom.

Jamelia has overcome hardships in life and is able to connect with young ladies at various stages in life. She is willing to open up and share her story, if it means inspiring another young woman to rise up and face adversity with a cape in tow.

 Mrs. Bakersville specializes in entrepeneurship and non-profit organizations.

She is the founder and CEO of Wichita’s Littlest Heros providing emotional support to chronically ill kids fighting big battles! Currently, Mrs. Bakersville is giving hope, help, and happiness to over 500 kids and families in Kansas.

She has committed to dedicating time to kids and now young women in support of her community. 

  Mrs. Shook has quite an impressive resume.
She specializes in mental health, also a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Addictions Counselor, and Registered Play Therapist.
As if that’s not enough, Mrs. Shook has been licensed and working since 2010. She works extensively with adults and adolescents managing a variety of issues: trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, anger issues, relationship problems, issues around identity, problems with sex and sexuality, work and career issues, social problems, and others.
Mrs. Shook’s has very personal goals for what she does, which is to normalize the idea of having mental health issues, and empowering those who struggle. Or, as She would generally put it, "I'm not ok. You're not ok. And that's ok." Thank you, Mrs. Shook for giving back to young ladies as they navigate throughout this world. With women like you as leaders, it inspired collective change.
